I am besides myself. I had the bright to get an acp phone qlinks, i am now on their network but I haven\'t sofar received
the new simcard - i got an email it will be on 1`1/26/22!. I cannot stay with a company that has such bad customer
service and would like to go back to TMobile. The tmobile simcard is still in my phone. Can you help me get back to TMobile? I am 75 retired and living alone I need a phone for emergency. Today I cannot make or receive calls.
